I work in containers because this kind of work doesn’t happen all at once. It happens over time, with the right support.

This is about staying with yourself long enough for change to become something you can actually live inside of.

HOW I WORK

My work is rooted in consent, pacing, and nervous system awareness.

I draw from shamanic medicine, energetic alchemy, and lived experience within the BDSM and kink community, where aftercare and integration are essential.

I don’t rush the process.
I don’t override the body.
I don’t separate sexuality, energy, and presence.

We create enough space for your system to settle so what’s already opened can integrate in a way that feels safe, steady, and sustainable.

THE LANDING

60-Minute Private Integration Session

This session is designed for the moments that come after intensity. After ceremony. After power exchange. After sexual, emotional, or energetic experiences that opened something real and left you feeling sensitive, unsettled, or unsure how to hold what just moved through you.

You might feel raw, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply out of rhythm with yourself. That doesn’t mean anything went wrong. It means your system needs time, care, and skilled support to land.

In this session, I bring together conscious integration, energetic alchemy, and kink-informed aftercare to help your nervous system settle and orient. We move slowly and intentionally, listening to what your body is asking for rather than rushing insight or forcing meaning.

This is not coaching, analysis, or problem-solving.

It’s skilled holding.

The Landing offers a grounded container where you can feel more regulated in your body, gain clarity around what you’re integrating, and understand what kind of support would be most helpful moving forward.

Many clients use this session as a starting point. From here, you may feel complete, or you may discover that deeper, ongoing support would be supportive. Either way, this session helps you land safely and make your next step from a place of steadiness rather than urgency.

THE HOLDING

4-Session Private Integration Container

It’s for the moments when something is still unfolding and your body needs consistent, relational support to integrate what’s happened, rather than being asked to rush, analyze, or “figure it out” on its own.

This container offers ongoing 1:1 support over several sessions so integration can happen with continuity, not urgency. Instead of starting over each time something surfaces, your system gets to experience steadiness, rhythm, and care.

You might still feel sensitive, open, emotional, or like parts of you are reorganizing after intensity. That isn’t a problem to solve. It’s a sign your body is asking for time, support, and containment.

In The Hold, I weave together nervous system awareness, energetic and shamanic alchemy, sexuality and power consciousness, and kink-informed aftercare principles. Sessions are paced intentionally and shaped by what your body is ready for, not by a fixed outcome or timeline.

We move slowly enough for insight to become embodied and for change to settle in a way that feels sustainable. This is not about pushing through discomfort or chasing clarity. It’s about staying present while things land, so integration becomes something lived rather than rushed past.

The Embodiment is for when integration becomes a way of living, not just something you’re moving through.

This container is designed for those navigating profound shifts in sexuality, power, identity, or spiritual orientation and wanting to integrate those changes fully into their bodies, relationships, and daily lives.

This is not about processing a single experience. It’s about learning how to stay with yourself over time as your system reorganizes and your life begins to reflect what’s already opened.

In The Embodiment, we work across layers—emotional, energetic, sexual, somatic, and relational. I bring together conscious integration, energetic and shamanic alchemy, sexuality and power awareness, and kink-informed aftercare principles to support integration that is paced, consent-based, and sustainable.

Rather than chasing insight or another breakthrough, we focus on building capacity. Capacity to hold desire. Capacity to hold power. Capacity to remain embodied as your life shifts and expands.

This container supports clients who are ready to stabilize change over time and live from what’s already moved through them, instead of cycling between intensity and collapse.

The Embodiment is for those who want depth, consistency, and a container that can hold complexity without rushing it.
