Rebel Reiki Level One is a three-month journey into self-healing, where you’ll learn to work with energy while reconnecting to your body, your awareness, and your natural ability to feel. This work isn’t about following a rigid system. It’s about learning the foundations… and then beginning to trust yourself inside them. Through weekly 1:1 sessions, I guide you in developing a real relationship with your energy. You’ll begin to understand how it moves, how it communicates, and how to work with it in a way that feels natural to you. This is where your codes begin to reveal themselves. You’ll learn the traditional foundations of Usui Reiki, including attunement and chakra work, while also being supported in making this practice your own. This is not about doing Reiki “the right way.” It’s about finding your way. This level focuses on self-healing, awareness, and building a steady, supportive practice you can return to again and again. Every session is personalized. Every part of you is welcome.
